Tell Edgard about your home
Share your address, basic property details, and your timeline. It takes about two minutes.
Understand your home's position in today's market before deciding what comes next.
Personal property valuation
Online estimates use public records and automated algorithms. They do not know about recent updates, neighborhood-specific demand, or how your property compares to what is actually selling right now.
Edgard evaluates your home the same way he evaluates any real estate decision, comparing recent comparable sales, active competition, market trends, and your property's specific condition and features, not just a database estimate.
This valuation is a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), the professional method REALTORS® are trained to use, following standards from the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida Realtors, and the local REALTOR® association, to determine an appropriate market value for listing a property. A CMA is not a formal appraisal and is not a substitute for one; a licensed appraiser is required for lending, legal, or other purposes that specifically call for an appraisal.
How it works
Share your address, basic property details, and your timeline. It takes about two minutes.
Comparable sales, active competition, neighborhood trends, and your property's specific condition and features.
A clear explanation of your home's likely market position, with no pressure to list and no automated number.
Why this is different
"I already know what my home is worth from Zillow" is one of the most common seller assumptions, and one of the most costly. Automated estimates and a personal valuation are not the same thing.
Common questions
A valuation is a starting point, not a commitment. These answers cover what to expect.
Yes. There is no cost and no obligation to list your home with Edgard afterward.
Edgard runs a Comparative Market Analysis, or CMA, that looks at recent sales of similar homes in your neighborhood, current active listings, and market trends, instead of a public-record algorithm with no knowledge of your home's actual condition.
Most valuations are ready within one to two business days after Edgard reviews your property details and the current market.
No. Many homeowners request a valuation just to understand their equity or plan for the future. There is never any obligation to list or sell.
That is fine. Let Edgard know your timeline in the form. Many sellers request a valuation months before listing to plan ahead.
